Single digital gateway

The Dubrovnik-Neretva County is participating in the establishment of the Single Digital Gateway in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1724 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the establishment of a single digital gateway for access to information, procedures, support services, and issue resolution, and amending Regulation (EU) No 1024/2012, as well as Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market.

Through the Single Digital Gateway, the Dubrovnik-Neretva County aims to provide access to:

  • Information about rights, obligations, and rules established in Union law and national law applicable to users who are exercising or intend to exercise their rights arising from Union law in the areas listed in Annex I of the Regulation.
  • Information about procedures online and offline, including links to online procedures, covered by Annex II, established at the national or Union level for the exercise of rights and fulfillment of obligations and rules within the internal market in the areas listed in Annex I of the Regulation.
  • Information about support services and issue resolution, as well as links to them, listed in Annex III of the Regulation or referred to in Article 7, where citizens and businesses can address questions or issues related to their rights, obligations, rules, or procedures from points (a) and (b) of this paragraph.
